Product Overview
The 635nm 10mW Red Laser Moduleis a visible red laser module designed for laser alignment,
positioning, leveling, projection and measurement applications.
Using a635nm red laser sourceand Taiwan optical lens, the module provides a clear,
bright and smooth red beam. Depending on the optical configuration, it can be supplied as adot, line or cross-line laser module.
The beam or line size can be externally adjusted to meet different application requirements.
The module supportswide-voltage power input, while customized operating voltages can also be developed according to customer requirements.
Its aviation aluminum housing, heat sink and internal thermal materials provide
efficient heat dissipation and mechanical protection, making the module suitable for extended operating applications.
The 635nm wavelength provides a clearly visible red beam for alignment, positioning, leveling and projection applications.
The red laser output is designed to be clear and bright while maintaining
a relatively soft visual appearance under suitable operating conditions.
With up to10mW optical output, the module can provide a clearly visible beam
for a variety of indoor alignment and positioning applications.
The actual visible distance depends on ambient lighting, optical configuration and target conditions.
Different optical configurations are available:
This allows the same basic laser platform to be adapted to different equipment designs.
For dot-type applications, the spot size can be externally adjusted.
The adjustable spot can range from approximately0.4mm to several centimeters,
depending on the optical configuration and working distance.
This provides greater flexibility for positioning and alignment applications.
For line-type applications, the line width and thickness can be adjusted externally.
The adjustable line width can range from approximately0.4mm to several centimeters, depending on the lens and working distance.
The module uses an intelligent driver board with an imported IC and supports awide range of power supply voltages.
Other voltage specifications can be customized for OEM projects.
The laser module uses anaviation aluminum housing with insulating surface treatment.
The internal construction includes:
This construction improves heat dissipation, shock resistance and mechanical stability.
The laser module uses a new laser diode, Taiwan optical lens and intelligent driver design.
Under suitable operating conditions and proper thermal management,
it can support extended operation, including applications requiring long operating periods.
The dot configuration produces a focused red laser spot for positioning and alignment.
The spot size can be externally adjusted according to the required working distance.
Typical features:
The line configuration projects a red laser line for alignment, leveling and positioning.
The line width can be adjusted according to the required working distance and optical configuration.
For suitable indoor conditions, the line projection can reach approximately7–8 meters.
Typical installation height can be approximately0–5 meters, depending on the application.
The cross configuration produces horizontal and vertical red laser lines.
Under suitable indoor conditions, the projected cross can reach approximately 6 meters,
with the horizontal and vertical lines extending according to the optical setup and working distance.
Cross-line projection is commonly used for:
The stated projection distance is application-dependent.
For the dot configuration, the supplied reference specifications indicate:
For line and cross configurations:
Actual performance can vary significantly depending on ambient light, beam divergence, optical adjustment, target reflectivity, installation height and environmental conditions.
The 635nm 10mW red laser module can be integrated into a wide range of equipment and optical systems.
Provides a visible red reference point or line for mechanical and optical alignment.
Line and cross configurations can be integrated into leveling and positioning equipment.

This is a10mW visible laser module. Laser radiation can cause eye injury if viewed directly or through optical instruments.
Use appropriate laser safety controls for the wavelength and output power.
Avoid direct eye exposure and hazardous reflections.
For integrated equipment, use suitable shielding, controlled access
and warning labels according to applicable laser safety requirements.
Always evaluate the complete laser system—not only the module—before putting the equipment into operation.
