Operating at808nm with an output power of800mW, 

the module combines high-power NIR laser emission with adjustable focusing, 

wide-voltage operation and configurable dot, line and cross beam options.

High-Power 808nm NIR Laser

The module provides an 800mW 808nm near-infrared laser output.

Unlike visible red, green or blue laser modules, 808nm near-infrared 

radiation is invisible to the human eye. 

This makes the module suitable for optical systems where an invisible NIR light source is required.

Adjustable Focus and Spot Size

The module features an adjustable optical system that allows 

the spot size to be configured according to the application.

The spot can be adjusted from approximately

3mm to several centimeters, depending on the optical setup and working distance.

This provides greater flexibility for different equipment designs and optical requirements.

Adjustable Line and Cross Laser

In addition to point output, the module can be configured 

for straight-line and cross-line applications.

The line angle can be selected from approximately5° to 120°, 

while line width can be adjusted from approximately3mm to several centimeters.

The line length and optical effect can also be customized according to the required working distance.

6–25V Wide Voltage Design

The module operates from DC 6–25V, allowing integration into a range of DC-powered equipment.

For OEM projects, customized voltage specifications can be 

discussed according to the customer's electrical system.

Stable Construction for OEM Integration

The module uses an aviation aluminum housing 

with insulating surface treatment. Its thermal and mechanical 

design incorporates heat dissipation components and 

protective construction to support stable integration into customized equipment.
