line laser solutions designed for precision positioning, machine alignment and customized optical systems.
Photex Laser introduces three Powell lens line laser module configurations featuring improved line intensity uniformity,
adjustable focus and reduced bright spots at both ends.
These laser modules use Powell prism optics to redistribute laser energy along a straight line,
helping achieve consistent projection for industrial positioning and alignment applications.
The new product range includes:
660nm 120mW Red Powell Lens Laser Module – adjustable line width down to 0.1mm at short working distances.
520nm 60mW Green Powell Lens Laser Module – high-visibility green projection with adjustable line width down to 0.3mm.
450nm 120mW Blue Powell Lens Laser Module – uniform blue line projection with adjustable 0.3mm line width at short distances.
One of the key features of the new series is its externally adjustable focusing structure.
Users can optimize the projected line thickness according to working distance, installation height and equipment requirements.
The adjustable optical head includes a locking mechanism to help maintain the selected focus setting.
