100 Grid Laser Modules for Industrial Positioning and Optical Research

Photex Laser introduces its10×10 Laser Grid Module Series, 

developed for industrial positioning, machine vision, optical research and laser projection applications.

The series features a39.62° projection angleand generates a 

100-cell laser grid pattern, providing geometric references for alignment, calibration and optical experiments.

Three Laser Wavelength Options

Photex Laser offers three standard configurations:

• 650nm Red Laser:100mW

• 520nm Green Laser:50mW

• 450nm Blue Laser:100mW

Each module projects a 10×10 grid pattern with adjustable line width and continuous-wave semiconductor laser operation.

Wide-Angle 100-Cell Grid Projection

The 39.62° laser grid projector delivers a structured geometric pattern for industrial and research applications.

At a working distance of 50cm, the projected grid measures approximately 36×36cm, with individual cells measuring 3.6×3.6cm.

At 100cm, the projected grid expands to approximately 72×72cm, with individual cells measuring 7.2×7.2cm.

This predictable grid geometry supports positioning references, optical testing and experimental measurement applications.

Compact Design for Industrial Integration

Featuring a Ø16×70mm aluminum housing, 

the module combines compact construction with efficient heat dissipation.

The standard DC 2.8–5.2V operating range allows integration into compatible industrial equipment and laboratory systems.

Adjustable line width and customizable electrical connections provide flexibility for different installation requirements.
