650nm 98-Dot Matrix Laser Module

The 650nm 98-Dot Matrix Laser Moduleis a special-pattern semiconductor laser designed to project a dense multi-point lattice for positioning, machine vision, optical inspection, measurement and structured-light applications.

The module generates98 laser dots arranged as two 7×7 matrices, providing a compact and repeatable reference pattern. With a9.6° divergence angle, the projected outer frame measures approximately84mm at 0.5m, with a typical point spacing of14mm.
