Realpoo Expands Its Laser Projection Range with 15000 Points Full Star Effect Laser Modules

Realpoo Optics presents its 15000 Points Full Star Effect Laser Module series, 

developed for equipment manufacturers seeking high-density multi-dot laser projection solutions.

Featuring a 48° horizontal and 38° vertical projection angle, 

the series produces approximately 15,000 laser points using diffractive grating technology.

The product is available in red, 

green and blue wavelength configurations, supporting different optical projection requirements.

Three Wavelength Options for Laser Projection

The product series includes three laser module versions:

650nm Red Laser Module

Model: HW65015000MTX100-16GD-48°-38°-RD09

Designed to produce a red multi-dot star projection pattern.

520nm Green Laser Module

Model: HW52015000MTX100-16GD-48°-38°-RD09

Provides a green star-effect pattern for specialized optical projection equipment.

450nm Blue Laser Module

Model: HW45015000MTX100-16GD-48°-38°-RD09

Generates a blue multi-point pattern for custom laser projection applications.

High-Density Diffractive Laser Technology

The 15000-point laser module uses a precision diffractive grating 

plate to transform the laser output into a dense array of projected light points.

At a distance of 0.5 meters, the pattern measures approximately 445mm horizontally and 344mm vertically.

The 48°×38° projection design makes the module suitable for 

equipment requiring wide multi-dot pattern coverage.

Compact Semiconductor Laser Module Design

The module features a compact Ø16×70mm aluminum housing, 

semiconductor laser diode and electronic driver circuit.

Its aluminum structure incorporates thermal management materials 

intended to support stable operation under appropriate installation conditions.

The standard module operates within a DC 2.8–5.2V supply range, 

with alternative voltage configurations available upon request.
