635nm Shoe Machine Multi-Line Positioning Laser Module

The 635nm Shoe Machine Multi-Line Positioning Laser Moduleis a special-pattern semiconductor laser designed for shoe manufacturing equipment, industrial alignment and production-line positioning.

The module projects a customized pattern consisting offour short horizontal lines, three long horizontal lines and one vertical line, providing a clear visual reference for material placement, centering and process alignment.

Featuring an upgradedexternally adjustable optical structure, the line length and spacing can be adjusted according to the working distance and equipment requirements.

This laser positioning module is widely used in shoe-making machinery including front side machines, roughing machines, automatic heel loading machines, heel molding machines, upper molding machines and midsole molding machines.
