650nm 100mW Large Circle Laser Module
The 650nm 100mW Large Circle Laser Module is a compact semiconductor
laser source designed to project a clear and stable circular laser pattern forpositioning,
alignment, marking and optical applications.
Featuring a 53° optical lens, the module generates a large circular laser beam
whose projected circle diameter changes according to the installation distance.
With an approximately1:1 circle-to-distance ratio,
a 1-meter working distance can produce a circular pattern of approximately 1 meter in diameter.
The optical system includes anadjustable lens ringthat allows users to fine-tune
the circular line thickness according to application requirements.
The adjustment changes theline width, not the overall circle diameter.
The circle diameter is mainly determined by theworking distance and installation height.
Moving the laser module closer to the target produces a smaller circle,
while increasing the distance produces a larger circular projection.
Available in650nm red, 520nm green and 450nm bluelaser options,
the module can be customized according to wavelength, output power,
optical angle, housing design and power configuration.
The 53° optical lens provides a wide-angle circular projection for
applications requiring a clearly visible reference circle.
The circular line thickness can be adjusted by rotating the optical adjustment ring.
After adjustment, gently secure the ring without applying excessive force.
Important:The adjustment ring controls thecircular line width, not the circle diameter.
The projected circle diameter is primarily affected by theworking distance / installation height.
